Shark Threads designs and sells apparel and merchandise inspired by universities. We are not the official athletics department or an official college store unless otherwise indicated, and all products are original designs. Certain designs may require or reflect officially licensed marks; in such cases, we comply with any univerities’ request to cease. Additionally we make no attempt to represent such univerities or target their audience.
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product colors and details, but actual colors may vary based on your device or screen.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or licensing restrictions.
